Construction robots not working
Hi,

have a look at the screenshot. My Construction robots don´t build or rebuild. Reparing will be done instantly but the robots get lost as soon as the object is destroyed.

Affects only robots located in the ports. Robots in my backpack or other spidertrons working properly.

What´s the issue here please?

How many ghosts(buildings waiting to be built by construction bots) do you have on the map? The game only checks ghosts until it finds one that cannot be done right now or 5 that can be done every tick. And it counts all ghosts on the entire map. Including those that are not inside a construction network. So if you have 6k ghosts somewhere that can't build those ghosts it will take 10 minutes to go through them all.

^^ Yeah exactly that,

Also, at least in my experience deconstruction orders (i.e. each and every tree and rock marked for cleanup, for example) also count as a pending job for the purpose of that logic, making the robots lag in taking jobs.

Yes, I can confirm that. Its why I always make sure every thing i mark for deconstruction is removed by my spidertrons or personal bots before leaving that area of the map.

I had several thousands ghosts on the map. Killing all of them solved my issue. Now Robots picking up new orders to build in a few seconds instead of 10min.
