At the very least it doesn't seem to be a problem with the game itself, so it is probably hardware-related, but if the graphics card overheats it should give you an error in the log about it getting disconnected, so I am not sure what could be causing it.
For future logs that are too long to fit in a single message, usually we would use an external site like pastebin.com or another raw text hosts and give a link to it.
That said. a quick scan of the log looks like there's an issue with the power armor MK3 graphics. It's unlikely, though quite possible, you've found a bug in that mod. More likely is that either the copy of the mod on your computer got messed up somehow or your video system managed to loose it's copy of the good graphic and overwrote it with something else. My first attempt at a 'fix' would be to delete the power armor mod from the disk and make the game re-download it. The experts, once they get here, will probably have better ideas, however.

The screen flickering and then turning black, while the music+sound continues definitely smells of either the video card or the laptop display panel dying.
Not the game crashing.
Afaik Factorio renders like a borderless fullscreen application - i.e. isn't 'real' fullscreen, but just another window on the desktop, albeit one that fits the whole screen. So you should be able to just Alt+Tab and see other window content if it's only the game that is hung. (But the game probably isn't, or the music would also stop. Factorio streams samples progressively, and you'd get a very noticeable stuttery repeat of the last sample if the game were to actually hang.)
Looks like you have a dual GPU solution with a Geforce laptop GPU and an Intel Iris XE.
Iirc it was the Iris chipsets that were somewhat notorious for having problems with the switchover to/from the dedicated GPU. Could thus also be that you're seeing a stability problem on that end.
Are drivers all up to date?
No. This is a bug in the mod. There's a fair share of mods that don't define mipmap levels for sprites correctly. Factorio does a sanity check on those and when the stars don't align it gives the faulty mipmap definition the boot and acts like it was never specified. It then prints a courtesy warning to the logs for the mod developer to follow up on. (Not all actually do.)
Is a save with a 50+ game. Alla drivers are update. On Geforce experience the driver are ok and the game is "optimized". When the game "crash" i can't do Alt+tab or ctrl+alt+canc. I have to do a forced shootdown pushing the power button. The gpu is a 3080TI. I tried to turn off the "power armord mod" but the problem, after a few minutes of game is still present.
It really sounds like failing hardware, where putting certain parts of the factory you managed to build in those 50+ hours up on screen might push your already damaged hardware beyond its breaking point.
Have you tried starting a fresh save?
Does that also result in the flickering and black-screen crash?
Have you tried e.g. loading that 50+ hours save, immediately going to the zoomed out map view and leaving it there to see if it keeps working?
Also: have you checked the Windows event logs ('Event viewer') after rebooting the system? Is anything there which might hint at hardware failure?
If you are around the steam forums of many games, you will frequently see "but my computer has no problem running X (usually AAA)"
For starters, AAA games and other large releases are not really "heavy" games in the same way at all, most of the processing goes to the graphical stuff and those have a range of options to make it run on a wide variety of machines (usually automatically picking a preset based on your hardware).
Factorio on the other hand is rather light on the graphical part (very old computers and pseudo graphics cards on CPU might need to fiddle with the settings a bit but that's it) and instead requires more work from your CPU, especially as the map grows larger (exploration and/or pollution cloud generating chunks, possibly with nests on them) and as your factory grows in scale as well.
What you describe (full computer freeze) usually comes from either damaged hardware or overheat (which can cause hardware damage over time as well).
Laptops used for gaming tend to have a relatively short lifespan because all of the hardware is put in a tiny space, reducing the cooling and propagating the heat between components more easily, and they are more prone to overheating as well.
Regularly cleaning the vents and making sure there is enough space under it (preferably on a table instead of a cloth that can clog the vents because of the air flow) and on the sides/back makes a difference to allow your vents to do as much as they can.
This is the reason I stopped using laptops (even high end ones) for gaming, under a heavy load they required constant maintainance (including swapping graphics cards every 1.5 years or so).
Anyway, check the cooling, if it's still under warranty and you have an on-site one then maybe call a technician or at least run a full diagnostic.
The likely culprit here is overheat damage; or the system overheating and parts either shutting down preemptively or flaking out without lasting damage. I hope it's the latter, but I'm afraid it's the former.
If the laptop is still under warranty; get it checked out.
