edit: theres a free demo
It might happen just before the end of the world.
You might want to delete this thread before people start thinking you're just another troll. We get way too many here, and most of them play that "OMG, why no sale?!?" angle.
Most of what we find complaining about the price are entitled slobs, lazy bums, game collectors (rather than players) and sometimes even seemingly mentally challenged fools.
Seldom is the initial post enough to decide which category the OP is in, though I tend to be generous in my estimates. Until, that is, they reveal their true nature. Eventually they will, no matter how practiced they are at trolling. What to do after that is always a tipping point for me. Sometimes I just leave the thread and ignore it. Sometimes I read it to see what other trolls jump on the latest rant, and sometime I just have fun poking the trolls.
In this case, the OP was at least honest. Kudos for that. Once they know that a sale isn't going to happen, they might try the demo and decide the game is worth it anyway. Or, thanks to actually having a demo, they can find out that it really is not their style of game and save the funds for something which is their style. I wish them happy gaming, whatever their choices may be.
If a game lists $30, I also would prefer to buy it at $15 if it's available at that price.
When I see a game I'm interested in, I'll check the price history to see if it goes on sale. If it does, then I'll usually wait for the sale. If it doesn't, then I'll get it when I want to play it. (assuming the price is not more than I'm willing to pay)
