Would anybody make a mod to change biter's texture please?

a lot of girls(and some guys too) just freak out whenever they see the biters' appearance and quit playing it. I'd likely to be the one who makes a mod but I lack everything that takes to make a mod. please don't say something like "just turn off the biters", you aren't going to tell your little brothers or sisters playing minecraft something like "just play no monsters mod", right?

Because replacing "Ew creepy crawlies!" with cute kitties to murder en mass is better lol. Don't think this would be a good alternative. :P

Though I do find it interesting that Biters would pose such a visual problem, especially since Factorio is Top Down and you are usually zoomed out anyway. IMO, they look more like "Roly-poly" fused with ants.

Now if Factorio was first person or something, I could completely understand. I actually had to use a Mod for Grimrock to replace Spiders since they have a face hugging animation as an attack and it looks freakier if they attack from behind. Despite being an Arachnophobe I'm generally okay with spiders in games...unless it's first person.

I am way to useless to help in any way, but this got my attention and i got curious. What appearance would you suggest for this new texture. Im thinking something not buggish and not like cute animals because that is more of an joke thing and its stupid, so what would it be?

Enemies in a game are supposed to be ugly... that's why we go after them. If they were cute and fuzzy, there would be mild petting, not doom and destruction...

Well, one of the girls, at least, showed an interest in installing the cat mod that is now unavailable. Even though I'm the one who posted this, I'm not sure what should be good. I myself feel like the original biters are rather cute since they have such big eyes.

Bruh, i feel if i installed something on making the enemies that cute i would feel the game actually mocking me which in my opinion is worse than making them scarier

As arachnophobic (like the smallest spider scare me iRL), i can just tell you, try to get used to it. In satisfactory i HAD to switch to the arachnophobia mode i literally coudnt play it. That resulted in being even more creepier than the actual spiders... and i do LOVE cats lol. I did turned off arachnophobia mode, took me a while but now when i hear a spider beating him down is just... satisfaction. xD
