how we import blueprint now at V1.0?
can't find the import code button on V1.0, anyone know how?

Look at the hotbar at the bottom of the screen, one of the buttons is the one to import blueprints.
If you don't have the various buttons to the right of the bar with your items it means you have not unlocked them yet, you can type this in the console (it doesn't disable achievements):
/unlock-shortcut-bar
