How to Start with Deconstruction Planner?

I want to do a new playthough of Factorio using the Robot Quick Start mod, however one thing I really cannot figure out is that my deconstruction planner is disabled at the start, severely limiting the use of said robots.

I've seen dozens of YT playthoughs which somehow start with blueprints/decon planner unlocked from the start, how do I accomplish this I cannot find an answer using internet searches, thanks!

All blueprint features are hidden from the UI until you unlock them once. After that, they are available in all games from the start.

You can get them early by typing /unlock-shortcut-bar

Thank you! I must have last played on another computer or steam account or something to not have this unlocked already, cheers :)
