Krastorio 2
Krastorio + Space Exploration
Industrial Revolution 2(3)

Bob + Angel (+ smelting patch with blockmode options turned on in the beta settings)
Pyanadons (+hi-tech expansions)
Yuoki
AAI (full suite)
Natural Evolution (full suite)
Rampant AI (full suite)
Necromant (full suite)
On a railworld map with standard settings for resources but expansion set to on at 125%, 125% evo factor, 125% group size, 125%growth factor, 75% pollution absorption
only play this if there's something seriously wrong with you; like me :P
It does include a lot of other mods, such has Bobs and Angels, and a host of others. But it really makes the game a totally different one. But I would suggest adding in a timetools mod to avoid having to just wait on things to process in the early game.
I haven't tried any yet but i would recommend Krastorio 2. It changes and adds just enough things to be a good overhaul mod and it wont take you 500 hours like SpaceExp or Pyanadons.
But it's easier to recommend a specific overhaul/collection if we have a bit more info. Like, have you already "beaten" the vanilla game? How comfortable are you with the circuit network? Have you already played an overhaul? Are there specific aspects of gameplay you like/don't like?
You can; there's a patch available for Py + Angel called Pyanadons Touched by an Angel (TBAA) which makes the recipes of both compatible with eachother (so they merge stuff like Py and Angels Coke, Hydrogen etc etc etc)
KEEP IN MIND THOUGH
Necromant Forces you to kill aliens to get corpses which you must process to get alien DNA in order to get military science.... this is the ONLY WAY to do ANY military research. Natural Evolution has provisions for buildings that will allow you to collect corpses and alien artifacts (yes; those are back too) automatically from your defensive line.
With the map settings included this means expansion is quick and alien growth is too.... and you are "punished" for premptively clearing (because of the evo factor) so the game becomes a subtle dance between killing enough aliens to get your research without forcing their evolution to exceed your military research.
Also
Py makes a LOT of recipes VERY constrictive... you'll be forced to do stuff like plastic via the angels bio-route for example (because you'll need certain materials to build refineries which won't be available until afetr a good bit of research) and Py processes have a LOT of byproducts so automation becomes a LOT harder
Also also
wood... you'll need a LOT of it
TL;DR yes you can play with all of them at the same time but expect your game to become a LOT harder...so get something like FNEI or "what's it really used for too" or you'll get lost thinking you got stuck in a deadlock. (as in; I need science to make science)
right now my current savegame is over 72hours long and I just automated tier 2 science...If you like complex; this modpack will give it to you
Basically this modpack is the dark souls edition of factorio
If you don't enjoy the combat I would drop both Necromant and Rampant suites... and I wouldn't blame you as the game will be complex enough without the arms race on top of it... in effect it would also ONLY drop the arms race but I'm not 100% sure if it will break anything in the rest of the modpack so maybe get a mod like Black Market 2 to cover any "breakage" (black market allows you to exchange surpluss materials for other materials but only up to the point that you have researched)
Agai; sure; you can drop that but don't expect the game to get much easier xD
You can install it like any other singular modpack... only you just install all of them... the TBAA-patch makes them work together (don't forget this one). BTW I just discovered I lied.... my current save is 96hrs old and I NARROWLY automated tier 2 science... rubber is still a problem/bottleneck xD
Though, Krastorio 2 or Industrial Revolution 2/3 would also make for good "warm ups." I did take a peek at your playtime and, to be blunt, it might not be a bad idea to start with an overhaul you are likely to finish, or at least get near the end of. But, you know yourself better than any of us do, and picking whichever overhaul looks the most interesting to you isn't a bad idea either. I would, however, caution you against Space Exploration, since it's not really possible to turn off biters completely; the map generation settings only apply to the starting world.
