Dude, where's my car!?
I have been solo-ing the same map since i started playing. and i have run into consitent issue. it isn't really anyon fault other than my own really. I just keep losing trck of my vehicles. I have had to build 5 cars and i am upto 3 tanks now. and i can not remember where i parked ANY of them. they are carrying cargo of assorted odds and ends aside from extra fuel and ammo. is there anyway to track down where i have left them? ideally i could just press a key and as long as they were in a radar covered area, the map would show me where they were. anyways.... any help is appreciated.

They are marked on the map: a white triangle with a red border.

Build a little parking space with walls and concrete. It also makes it easier to pretend you didn't just stop by ramming straight into the assembler.

One thing that helps: change your player colour to something that won't camouflage against the ground. Vehicles change colour to match the player who is currently in them.

As always: There's a mod for that[mods.factorio.com].
(And it literally makes the noise.)

Put them back into your inventory after you've parked. It's the only way.

I keep my vehicles stocked with extra ammo and fuel in addition to whatever supplies i am transporting. so putting it back into inventory does not work all the time.
