Can I remove the red X's on the deconstruction planner?

I was going to redesign my base, so I just dragged the box over the whole arrea, but I saw that my storage was selected too, I obviously don't want to destroy my storage so I removed all the construction robots, but my question is... Do the red X's go away?

Things that don't work:
All 3 autosaves have the X's
My previous save was 3 hours ago
I am not going to rebuild my entire factory by hand

My base doesn't operate anymore and the bugs are attacking now

You can remove the red Xs by holding Shift, while you select everything again with the Deconstuction Planner.
