You are able to expand very fast. Factorio uses Blueprints, where you can save your layouts. Robots can build it. CTRL+C, CRTL+V does work in this game...
It also has a towerdefense aspect, which is really fun.
The game is very polished. No bugs, good gui/controlls. Everything makes sense in a gameplay way.
Much wider scope than Satisfactory could ever offer.
You can go for a minimalist factory that takes you to the rocket launch but that takes a while to get there, for a design that makes it easy to increase the production rapidly when needed, have several specialized factories around the map with trains transporting large amounts of resources around or even go for a very large scale build that produces ridiculous amounts of items.
The 2D view makes it significantly clearer on what everything is doing and where there might be a problem (there usually are since no factory is perfect).
There is a demo that covers the tutorial, meaning limited tech tree and maps with a finite border but it gives a decent idea on if you enjoy the way automation works in factorio or not.
Just be aware that when it resonates with someone, it usually eats at their free time and tends to even haunt their dreams for a while.
And yet people still asking is it worth, heh.

Satisfactory looks prettier than Factorio; I won't deny that but Factorio makes up for that in spades by having a virtually endless sized map allowing for truly huge factories. Though you can build on multiple layers in Satisfactory you end up having a limited supply of resource-FLOW whereas in Factorio the endless map and procedural generation will allow you to discover new nodes to tap...thusly having an endlessly big FLOW of resources and, in turn, allows for endless expansion.
Satisfactory is also more static; monsters don't return when they come back (or at least not that I've noticed when it comes to stuff like alpha's) whereas, again, the procedural generation of Factorio allows the biters to not only expand...but you can find new nests. In both games they end up trivial in the end.
Satisfactory DOES have a better feel when it comes to exploration but that only holds as long as you don't completely explore the map. Nodes will always be in the same place, guarded by the same enemies etc etc... this can be both a pro or a con....you know where you're at in Satisfactory whereas in Factorio it leaves a bit to the RNG-gods. Nodes can be put in ackward places, guarded by a nest so big it's resources become hard to get to until you destroy said nest (which might not be a problem for the endgame... but having your only oilpatch in the beginning of the game guarded by a big cluster of nests can seriously slow down or even halt your progress...unless you find another field ofc)
Having said all of this; Factorio can be tweaked to give you a game as easy, difficult or challenging as you want...
Basically... what Satisfactory has in graphics, Factorio makes up for in the amount you can tweak the game, replayability and moddability.
BOTH are good games... and I seriously enjoyed both
HOWEVER...
There's a reason I have 4500hrs in Factorio and not nearly as many in Satisfactory...
So yes; it's deffo worth the buy if you liked the GAMEPLAY of building a factory but I wouldn't say the same if you're more into the exploration aspect of it (though exploration in Factorio has a charm on its own ofc)
One thing that hasn't really been mentioned yet is that Factorio has a huge modding community and dev support for it. Something you don't like? Mod it. Something you want to see? Mod it. Looking for a fresh/more complex experience? Mod it. Seriously, there's tiny quality of life mods, overhaul mods that feel like a sequel/prequel game, and everything in between.
I am looking forward to the upcoming Factorio DLC without knowing anything about it other than a few tease. While Satisfactory is fun in its way, I don't play much lately as it has some fundamental severe drawbacks. Lack of construction bots for one, not having a blueprint feature, and tons of repetition tasks for marginal gains in productivity.
I am willing to buy extra copies of Factorio and give them out. I don't feel the same way about Satisfactory and purchasing additional copies.
Though content wise it still offers far less than Factorio due to the huge community making amyn amazing mods for it, since Factorio has many big overhaul mods that completely alter the normal progression by adding new buildings, researches and even mechanics so that it has a really big replay value. Though for some of these mods you need several hundreds of hours to complete them, which I guess is also not for everyone. But the content is there, if you enjoy the game enough.
And there obviously are also hundreds of great QoL mods for Factorio, so if there is a QoL feature that you might want then there probably is a mod for it.
It take 3 machines to make Iron plates to supply this item to keep it fully loaded and you would need 2 another machine to make enough screws for it.
So how many plates would I get for this? 5 per minute and it is used to make tier 2 speed belt.
So it seems to be similar to every other bigger recipe, they require so much but output so little and resources are unlimited but also limited.
Majority of the people playing Satisfactory most likely only played on the very first file they created, they forgot the early start. I would suggest those who only played one save file to start over.
