Pipe mod recommendation

Looking for a good mod that fixes the pipe-will-connect-to-adjacent-pipes-regardless-of pipe-contents issue. Really enjoy the game, but the pipe mechanic is a Top 10 annoyance.

You are looking for the Flow Control[mods.factorio.com] mod.

Once you have gotten tired of rotating every pipe 6 times before placing it you can remove the mod again.
