Pyanodons Petroleum Handling
hello
a bit of a detailed issue but im running a world with angel/bob and py and run into multiple issues now where items arent shoing in building recipe overlays or are completely unavailable via hand/assembly or other crafting (rubber belt) is there any known imcombatibility with py and some mods? idk what to do

This is in the description of the Pyanodons Petroleum Handling mod.

"The use with Angels mods may cause bugs or incompatibilities. If you wanna use it with these other suites, try install: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/PyCoalTBaA"

So ... yes, you surely could call it a known incompability, considering the mod even says that.

its showing itself in red and outdated, i installed both compability mods but unfortunately it didnt help my issues :/

Well, if they're red they're incpmatible and maybe not even be active due to the incompability. So all you can really do is dropping incompatible mods until you no longer have any incompatible mods.

Note that Arthur (the author for PycoalTBAA) was busy rewriting the code for that mod because it became a bit of a mess throughout all of the updates that preceeded the 1.0 release and in addition to that; keeping up with the updates on both Py and Angel's isn't an easy task. Or at least that was the case last time I checked....

If you know a bit about coding in .lua you CAN still use TBAA but you'll have to tweak stuff during your playthrough whilst waiting for the official update... Or that's how I've been doing it for a couple of months.
