Which key combination can I use to mark an area, for example, to cut trees using a building robot? Tnks.

You need the deconstruction planner, press "b" to open up the blueprint window and grab one from there, its a little red box. With this in hand you can drag it over an area to be marked. You can also configure it it by right clicking to do only things like trees/rocks etc

None. You use a Deconstruction Marker, looks like a red blueprint. You can get one by clicking the book icon on the user interface.
