Factorio demo on steam....
Hello community, im pretty close to taking the plunge with this game, finaly ! Id like to try the demo first, can i load the demo through steam and if so how. I tried the pinned page but the link took me out of steam.....thanks......

Steam store page ~ look on the right side, just below the ratings & tags list, near the top.
Should be a "download demo" button.

Just buy it, 98% of reviews can't be wrong. It's only 15 quid.

Expect to loose the next 9 years of your life building a factory. You're always learning, i'm 250+ hours in and still learning. Your first few factories will be failures, but you'll stick at it, you'll optimise, you'll automate.

I haven't tried the demo link but it probably linked to the official factorio website. They consider Steam to be a secondary outlet. The primary place they sell and support the game is through their website. That's also where the official forums are located, and is the hub of the modding community.

Thanks for your replys...i feel kinda bad asking for the demo....but im very encouraged by the reviews and the response here from the community, im comming over from the Rimworld / Skylines / KSP and prison archictect communitys which have always been brilliant and helped make my gaming experience even better within all of those games......im encoraged by your replys and im looking forward to getting the game........
