so you'll need 6.7 blue belts of copper, 6.1 belts of iron, etc.
just like the first six Sciences, you want to have a normalized production rate. If you are producing 2 Red/Green/Blue/Grey/Yellow/Purple science per second, that equates to 120 per minute. 1000 / 120 = 8 1/3 minutes per rocket.
Use your own science production rates to tell you how many Rockets Per Minute, or how many Minutes Per Rocket, you want to produce.
