The inserters being a bit off could be the issue, looks like they're still good though.
Are you using a locomotive mod and accidentally picked nuclear powered ones? Might be long shot, but just to cover every possibility.
I see no wire going to them, so it can't be a circuit condition either.
You say they are properly docked at the station, and we can see the fluid cargo loading fine, so that's not the issue either.
The only explanation I can think of is that you're running an older version. This exact issue was in 0.15.7, but was fixed in 0.15.8 back in May.
Clearly you didn't get I was being sarcastic based on the OP's thread title.
Though it's a bit off topic now, so I'll return to being helpful now. As I said, the only thing I know of that can cause this issue is if you're running 0.15.7, where this was a known bug. I have done some digging and I have not found any mods or other factors that cause this exact issue.
Just in case, did you try to take the locos up and put them back down again? The IT-Crowd solution fixes a lot of problems!
