Anyone else misplacing/loosing Spidertron remotes?

I am not really sure whats going on but lately it feels my remotes are vanishing in the logistic networks, i often misplace them but sometimes they get lost, i always put them in logistic chests, such a weird thing, maybe i am just missing something, but they are not in the logistic network, they are just gone, i build new ones, but still weird things.

I keep one on me at all times. Any extras, you can keep in the corresponding spider itself. Of course, you can't "remote control" that spider without physically getting to it that way.

Perhaps a better way is to keep a remote in each spider, and a second, duplicate remote in a steel chest next to your main base of operations, wherever that may be.

I don't really use mods, but a mod that adds a "Spider-Remote-Control Tool Belt" would be handy as well.

I keep three but sometimes i store them in logistic chests when i do other things but when i try to request them from the network they are not available and there nowhere to be found, i don't have many steel chests or use them, maybe they loose their connection with each spider, no idea, maybe i put them somewhere and somehow, maybe the robot got destroyed while going to the chest or something, so weird.
