Error when opening

when i try to open Factorio I get the following: G:\steamlibrary\steamapps\common\factorio\data\core\graphics\[e-mail] for reading: permission denied
no other games are having issues. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled several times with the same results. Any ideas on how to fix?

DId you try deleting all of the files in the install folder of factorio before re-installing?
Sometimes (and it's not limited to this game) a file gets corrupted and even uninstalling the game doesn't remove it so the problem stays.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I did. I made sure that the entire folder was emptied before I deleted the folder. Even used a commercial 'uninstaller' program to make sure it was gone -lol

try starting Steam 'as admin' and install/verify. i think steam does odd things when not on the C drive.

It is probably an antivirus software blocking the game from reading files from the disk for whatever reason.
