does the sulfuric acid in the mining drills empty

It sounds like they're refilling as fast as they're using it.
Check whatever's supplying the acid and that should be going down.

I takes one unit of sulfuric acid to produce 1 Uranium ore. Mining time on Uranium ore is 2 and mining speed on electric miners is .5. The formula for base production per second is mining speed / mining time. At base speed Uranium ore is produced at 1 unit every 4 seconds. That equates to using 15 sulfuric acid per minute. That's a slow rate of consumption.

I have 3 chemical plants making acid sulfuric for 65 mining drills is that more than enough or to much.

Without modules a single chemical plant uses 5 sulfur, 1 iron plate, and 100 water to make 50 sulfuric acid in one second. That's enough to fully supply 200 Uranium miners. If you are supplying less than 200 uranium miners its more than enough BUT you will also need sulfuric acid to manufacture batteries and make processing units (blue circuits), so it all depends on your total demand.

Once your factory is running on nuclear power you want to prioritize your uranium miners receipt of sulfuric acid to make sure that you don't accidentally trigger a power black out and chain collapse but over all sulfuric acid use by uranium processing is modest. It uses the least of it in your entire factory but it is the most important processing chain that requires it.
