You can use

CTRL+C

select an area likely as blueprint and then

CTRL+V

and put your quick blueprint wherever you want.

You can also use cut / copy / paste gray buttons on the right side of your quickbar.

I think that OP knows about copy/paste, the question was how to force it to snap to the "grid" like what you can do with blueprints.
