Report a translation problem
Trains only "see" signals and stops that are on their right hand side of the track (based on their current direction if they are double-headed).
If you only see the green squares on one side of the track when placing train stops or signals it means that the signals you placed made that block 1-way, not allowing you to place something on the other side (since trains are not supposed to go in the other direction).
If this is not intentionnal, you might need to search for the signal (or signals) causing it, it will always be either the previous or the next signal on the rail so it should be fairly easy to find.
