rocket counter
Before version 1.0 I used to have a rocket counter on my left top screen, did I miss anything ?

If you want to know how many rockets you have launched press "P" click all from the top and find satellites consumed.

You can also look at the rocket silo. It shows how many launches were completed.

An update removed it, it was out of place. No other item has a GUI counter.

I really miss it, I even named the save games of my megafactory using the counter and as I'm feeding input to eight rocket launchers, there is not a single item counter I can use. The satellite consumption counter isn't a replacement as all counters are truncated when getting bigger. ( truncated counters are also an issue if you want to build an exact number of thousands of labs but that is a different story).
Strange how a simple counter being removed can kill all motivation to continue you megagame. Now I have to play ... Adventure Capitalist ... or increase my fortune in PC Building Simulator. Looks like I need increments to get me going ...

On the plus side, perhaps you could be motivated to design a system that counts how many rockets you have launched? Should be "fairly" simple using the circuit system to count how many satellites your inserters have inserted.

You would probably have to manually increment the counter to whatever number of rockets you have currently launched.

Rockets launched was a nice number to see, but it didn't need to be always visible. Production menu, satellites consumed is a viable work around in my opinion. It also allows you to see the rate of rockets on a graph

i want my rocket lunched counter back. Is there a mod to bring it back? tried to search in the mods web but it doesn't work ;c

If you don't want to use mods (since they disable achievements) you can use the circuit net work to count the number of arm swings of the inserter that puts the satellites into the rockets and send the signal to a digital light display that you can find pre-designed blue prints for.
