Transport drones fluid depod and some other stuff use
So what are these things in the mod "transport drones" used for:
Fluid depod
the black, yellow and light blue thing (road network reader,...)

Fluid depots are the for-fluids version of supply depots. Requester depots can - a bit strangely - receive both solid items and fluids.

The black colored circuit gizmo, the road network reader, can be attached to a road tile. It will then read the contents of all the supply (and fluid) depots connected to that road network - i.e. the road network's contents.

The blue and yellow ones are a reader for requester depots to read their contents -- A strange discrepancy again, as you can directly connect a wire to the fluid and supply depots to read their contents. -- and a writer for all types of depots that allows you to switch them on or off dynamically.

Admittedly, all of this would've worked more intuitively by just directly allowing circuit connections just as is the case on inserters; pumps; etc. but the game probably can't process that on 'assembler-like' entities. (The depots are actually implemented as assemblers that produce a recipe; backed by some scripting.)

The mod's pages on the mod portal contains some more documentation.

so I understand the colored machines but the fluid depod not so much: I saw it can produce something out of liquids and gas but it wont work I dont know why

Wait. Do you mean the fluid depot; or the fuel depot?

The fluid depot is a single tank and is just the fluid equivalent of a supply depot. Pump fluids into it so your transport drones can move them around.

The fuel depot is the bigger four-tank building. As its name suggests; it provides fuel for the transport drones. You hook it up to petroleum gas and put some drones into it and then those drones become the fuel providers for the requester depots. Drones assigned to requester depots have to be fueled that way first.

ohh now I get it but how do I request a fluid then?

Okay actually dont mind this question I know the answer already but one more:
The fuel station and the requester station say they are deactivated through the script. Now they work but like I have about 200 of these small cars in the provider station and they are fully upgraded on how much they can store but they dont bring me 100% of whats in the provider. How can I tell them how much I want in the requesterthing?
You can't set an exact number. You simply assign more drones or less drones.
The more drones you put into a requester, the bigger the total stack they request.

Iirc the depot literally requests and holds a full carry-capacity stack for each drone assigned to it. There's a knock-on effect to be aware of there as well: there's a line of tech-research which can raise the drone carry-capacity and by extension that will raise the stored capacity in the requester depots as well.

Rule of thumb: 5 drones usually more than suffices to pull a red 30 items/sec belt from a requester. By the time you'd start needing blue 45 items/sec belts you should also have taken most of the transport drone carry-stack tech research, meaning 5 drones should at that point in fact suffice for a blue belt.

well I will try to figure out exactly on what upgrade what numbers are possible, thank you
