Report a translation problem
You need to mine the ores (light and dark blue for copper and iron), use a crusher to get the crushed version of those ores that you can smelt for plates.
As a byproduct you will also get crushed stone that can be combined into stone for the recipes that require it like furnaces.

Just a FYI; EVEN if you don't have any stone and/or crushers in your inventory you can still get stone by digging up the orangy-crystaline formations and/or the rocks strewn about on the floor. Especially the large rocks are handy early game as they ALSO give you coal as a byproduct (some of them)
