Tutorial: "Gather resources and build radars..." but no blueprint?

Trying to complete the tutorial and it's asking me to "Gather resources and build [3] radars" but I don't see where it tells me what resources I need to accomplish this.

If you open your inventory with E you have all of the currently unlocked recipes on the right.
If you mouse over them, they will tell you what items are required to craft them as well as a good aproximation of what you need in order to craft them by hand (giving you a list of the resources that can't be crafted by hand like iron and copper plates for example).

This is where a lot of informations come from since those tooltips have a lot more informations than that.
