QOL Mods

I'm a New Player so i don't want the mods that change the base Gameplay. What i'm interested in is Quality of Life mods which improve the User Interface so we can understand easily as the base mod doesn't give much information.

Play through the demo. That will give you a pretty good idea of what to do going forward.

I think that vanilla is more than enough starting the game. You will need some of QOL mods but only for mega bases and later in the game, I like some that make the start of a new base faster, some bots and so, because I feel the starting boring I like to build big, And then I use LTN because with a 100 trains you need something that make your live easy. also one to check the recipes FNEI I think that is the name.

asking if there is anything like it.... even a very small thing which makes easy for us in some way

Squeak Through = makes it so much easier to get around your factory without getting stuck on random things.
FNEI = lookup/find out where/how something is made
Even Distribution = Spreads out ammo/modules etc when placeing them in stuff like turrets
TimeTools = Fast forward game time/slow it down
Tree Collision = Better tree hitboxs makes it easier to move threw forests
Some Auto Research = Automaticly picks the next research for you rather than you haveing to go in the menu every time cos that gets realy realy tedious very quickly.
Bullet Trails = pritty obvious

Vehicle Snap[mods.factorio.com] = you can drive around without correcting your heading every 5ms
Reactor Interface[mods.factorio.com] = you can read the reactor temperature directly instead of having to build dozens of steam tanks

The only one of those I'd consider telling a fresh new player to install is Squeak Through, because of how annoyingly easy it is to get caught on trees and navigate around pipes.

Some vanilla alternatives to mods mentioned:
-FNEI : in vanilla press "e" (default) to bring up the crafting menu, then hover your mouse over anything to see its recipe and where it is made.
-Even Distribution : In vanilla learn to use ctrl+ left and right click as well as the "z"+drag. The mod also increases reach by a mile and a half, making it very "cheaty", approaching creative mode.
-TimeTools : In vanilla you can use /c game.speed=x
-Tree Collision : isn't it enough with squeek through? Also in vanilla grenades make a quick path trough trees. The tank can drive through trees. When you build with bots the trees are removed automatically.
-Some Auto Research : In vanilla when you start a new game check the box for research queue being available from the start.
-Bullet Trails : Why is this a qol mod? Sounds like a graphics mod.

If you are going to use mods, and not get achievements, add:
Bottleneck
Warehousing
Closest First - found out about this one today...

Maybe:
Longreach - but its borderline cheating.. like Nanobots - why do people cheat with these?
