I have nightvision on but its not working?
The wiki just says to equip it with the modular armour and it will work right away...

Is it charged?
You're going to need a few solar panels and a battery on your modular armor to use anything.

Modular armor seems nice until you realize the power requirements to run anything. It only gets really fun once you get portable fusion reactor.

With Portable solarcells its possible to use it at day.

Add batteries and it can be used at night.
