btw, good luck.
Hmmm 5 out of 111. I only made 2 items so far. I guess they count the stuff you start with?
Achievements that are unavailable in peaceful mode will be disabled and have text "can't be unlocked in peaceful mode" on them. Lazy b is enabled.
You can track an achievement by clicking the small magnet icon on the bottom right of that achievement's card.
Good luck!
Edit: Ninja'd, like, four times :)
I think is is correct then...
I crafted 1 axe and one wood chest. It counted as 5 items. My guess is:
raw wood -> wood counts as 2, then the axe itself cost 1 = 3 items total.... :-(
The axe cost 1 to make iron poles and 1 to make the axe = 2 items total.
total = 5 items..... This is going to HARDER than I thought :D
I admire your desire to puzzle it out yourself -- good luck!
I figure it will take a few tries to work it out. I will see if I can afford the luxury of a wood box. At a cost of 1, its worth it, but a cost of 3......I will see how the rest of it goes.
I like the challenge of working it out for myself, once I know the rules and how to see if I am still on track.
I am watching you new guide for going toward a mega base now, and it is very enjoyable and informative. Thanks for doing it!
Be very careful not to accidentally hand craft anything, you can use your first assembler to make all intermediate products required [and any wooden chests].
I have seen others advise to remap the crafting key to ctrl-LMB instead of just LMB.
The start is a bit grindy, but it gets much easier later on. GL!
But I agree - I would figure it out on my own. Nothing worse than a bunch of people saying "You have to follow this guide to the letter", takes all the fun out of the game.

(Personally, I didn't want to spend hours then realize I messed up, so I followed this helpful guide, and finally got the achievement last week. (Thank you for the guide!))
But for those who don't want specifics, just note that you start off very slowly, since you want to keep the hand-crafting to the minimum. The guide also suggests that you may want to change your keybinds for for crafting to something weird (like Shift+Mouse 4) so you don't craft accidentally. Also, save somewhat often, with different saves (and keep a note of your total craft count).
