a site that I can get this game cheaper?
Title and also a site that would hopefully actually give the money to the devs

Honestly I'm s little bit spoiled by terraria. It was 2 dollars when I bought it and it's amazing. This game is quite similar but I spent 10x more.

You can actually go to their website and buy it, it costs the same amount but Steam doesn't get a cut of the devs money :)

Don't buy from cheap shady resellers. You could lose your steam account.
Don't have $20? The next steam sale isn't too far away.

The graphics in Factorio are in a pixelish style, therefore it is a Terraria ripoff.

Yup, just as Minecraft and Terraria are the same because they're both made with blocks and about mining and building! :)

Minecraft is closer to Terraria than either is to Factorio.

Anyway, I've spent way too much time in Factorio so I'm a bit biased, but it's well worth the $20 if you like building and automating. I've probably gotten more value out of this $20 than any other entertainment money I've spent.

I think I heard a rumor that the price will go UP after the game is officially released, which means the current price IS the discounted price.
