Can you use the tank in Sandbox? I can drive it around but I can't shoot the cannons or the flamethrower or the machine gun

Sadly the sandbox (or more accurately god mode that is enabled by default in the sandbox scenario) completely disables the weapon GUI and without that you can't use even your vehicle's weapons.

Just use "/cheat all" in Freeplay, gives you just about everything that's in Sandbox

Alternatively you can cancel god mode in your current sandbox map with:

/c game.player.create_character()

I also saw videos of the nuclear reactors exploding like a atom bomb how do you make this happen?

You damage them when they are at a heat above 900 (running a car into them works well for that but it does kill you too if you are not in god mode).

ooof I just did it I setup the reactor some turbines and the silo launched 2 rockets and died in seconds .. that explosion is so cool
