In my opinion, this is a bug.
I tried that and it didn't delete the original blueprint.
I can confirm this, i just tried it and the source blueprint is still in my library
I.e. You pull out a blank blueprint, copy something placed, name it, hit the check block, and then put it on your toolbelt and press Q. The blueprint will vanish, and you won't have a copy in the library.
This is because the person who suggested this problem missed an extra step to getting a blueprint saved. You need to then go to your inventory and drop it into the blueprint repository. I personally feel this is a stupid place to have to do that, the check mark when saving should do this automatically. It's an extra unnecessary step that hopefully gets streamlined in a later version.
Great! Maybe the behavior was fixed but it certainly used too.
No, I like the new toolbar. It's just a learning curve.
Just go to options and remap the key.
