Modded ores are not spawning

Im using Bobs and no ores are getting spawned from that mod, only the base game ores

You need to start a new world or you need to open new areas to generator add new ores. Already scanned locations will not contain new ores.

I start a new world and the modded resources dont spawn

Do you have any other mods that could be interfering?

Do you have ALL of bob's mods?

Did you tamper with the configuration in any way?

I have all of Bob's stuff installed and thats it, no other mods. I havent done anything to the configuration

Try adding the mod Resource Spawner Overhaul (RSO), should be able to fix your problem
