There's one in development (not released yet) called Satisfactory, but that's in 3D which I think will turn out to be a disadvantage (if only because it won't be able to handle such large factories).
Other games which involve conveyor belts include:
Production Line - The same but you're building cars, might have stronger tycoon elements but also primarily focused on the production line puzzle aspect.
But the bottom line is, there really isn't anything that's just like Factorio. Satisfactory is pretty much the one to watch out for, but yeah... 3D. Could be great 'cause different perspective, or could be a horrible mess :)
Nothing quite does what Factorio does. Its really cool to be standing in some random part of your factory, decide you want to build something, and simply request in a bunch of parts (or, better yet, plop down a blueprint and let the factory churn out the whole thing for you).
Most of Factorio is "build for the sake of building" or "build a bigger factory just so you can build a BIGGER factory". But since the infinite research was added a while back, you at least feel you are working towards something.
My daughter and I had an idea that EVENTUALLY one robot would be able to do the work of your entire factory, due to the robot speed infinite research. I know it is not practically possible, but it would be an awesome thing to see, one robot moving at Warp 9, able to build the largest of constructions in no time flat. In the same vein as Douglas Adams' Infinitie Improbability Drive.
Tera-tech can have small prodaction line + mining - hudge potencial if they will do correct.

I love the combinator system in particular. Just a few very basic logic driven components that give you everything you need to build insanely complex computing power within your factory.
There are too few games that take this formula and go anywhere with it. I believe nearly every one has already been mentioned above [and I've played most of those suggested]. I seriously hope this is the dawn of a whole new genre of games that will provoke folks to think, use that grey matter for more than 'aim n shoot'.
Heavily modded minecraft. I would suggest a modpack like infitech or age of engineering that incorporates the mods in a somewhat balanced way. The mining method of gregtech is atleast decent enough to be acceptable and some of the other autominers aren't that terrible. Gregtech's factory aspect is way more complicated and IMO more fun than Factorio as well.
not available now, but will come with convoyors and transporting items.
