I haven't checked... Does Wubesoft offer an API to access their account management?
I would probably say you would need it to use the same script as the game for peer to peer blueprint. Shareing by sending via email to copy paste into the ingame blueprint.(or dropping them a copy of your blueprints in game)
However the app would more then likely need the art assets from the game itself so it rules out a free app.
Unless the devs think this would be marketable for the game. Then the account login would save your experimental blueprints to your in-game book. But its all just an idea, no expectations. Just a friendly discussion.
Paper and Pencil is so 1800's
The assests are unity assests i thought? If so probably free. Plus the assest need be converted to lower poly for phone.
While this is a neat idea. Probably a sign that you play game a biiiitttt too much :-) "I will not admit to times i went to bed and dreamed about game... nope i wont admit :-)". But basicially a app to do it wouldnt be out of range. If it only only was a planner. It wouldnt need the script to run belts and proccesses. Basicially a image placer.
