Report a translation problem
There are buttons at the top of that part for various categories, it will be showing you the last category you selected and the first one by default (with inserters, belts and such).
Burner mining drills and machines in general are in the second category.
When you are in the right category, if the recipe is unlocked (burner mining drill is unlocked from the start but a lot of recipes require researches first to unlock them) you can mouse over its button and it will show you what ingredients you need, and further down in the tooltip the total ingredients you need to craft it by hand (so if something can't be crafted by hand like plates from ores it will show you plates for example).
You just have to click that button to start manually crafting it, if you have the ingredients it will queue whatever it needs for all of the intermediate products that can be crafted by hand (a furnace from stones in this case for example).
