Well, there are two main effects, getting rid of what would be spawning waves to attack you and quickly increasing the evolution factor.
Most people label the first as positive and the second as negative, but if you like getting attacked the reverse could also be said.

In fact, you could bypass the closer nests and go for those that are out of the way to quickly increase your evolution factor without decreasing attacks.

A completely unrelated reason would be that for some people it makes a nice change from designing your factory lines once in a while.

The more you kill, the more they evolve (up to a point), but with some mods there are much more difficult enemies (with means to kill them).

I use modified settings, though. I eliminate the evolution boost from nest destruction, but increase it from pollution. This makes it rewarding to go bug stomping, rather than punishing, which makes a lot more sense to me - though I understand the reasoning behind the default settings. They'll re-expand back into the lost territory in time anyway, so bug stomping only buys me some time.
You might be overreacting though. In early game the average delay between each 1 expansion party created is ~30 minutes. This average slightly lowers over time as evolution rises but not by much. So game doesn't punish hive killing as much as most people believe, it's more than worth it to go do xeno genocides. It gives you more relaxed time to build into yellow science and power armor 2 tech.

But you don't have to adventure far, just clear outside pollution a bit and use radars to stay on top of things.

I use the more types of alien mod (don't know name) and I want to see the worst it can bring on me and I'm kinda OP now so fastest way to BRING IT ON you know :D
And I wanted to know if there is something far away to explore, I once was so far it was milions of aliens there with huge nests, but that's it ? nothing there ?

You might want to have a look at warptorio.
That mod is definitely not for everyone since you are stuck with a small area that "stays" while the rest is lost every time you warp, but for those that like fighting off bitters and exploration it can be something worth trying.

Other than that, I don't know the name so finding them is tricky but I know there are mods that add random crashed pods or other similar "treasure" for those that explore, there is also a mod that adds a lot of visually different biomes.

Damn, random crashed pods seems like an great idea, that could be in the original game to make the exploration a thing.
