Kovarex Enrichment to Reactor Ratio
What is the ratio of centrifuges performing kovarex enrichment process to the number of reactors you can fuel?

Each nuclear reactor needs one fuel cell every 200s. 1 U235 makes 10 fuel cells. Kovarex takes 66s to make 1 U235, which means you can make 3 U235 (=30 fuel cells) in 200s. Obviously modules will affect this.

That's what I suspected, but it seems like it's too high if one machine can completely fuel 30 reactors at once.
