Most of those are not perfect ratios though. Which really makes them splitters not balancers.
If you want imperfect, Just make an X by X array of splitters and it will allow any input to flow to any output, but if you want a BALANCER which pulls evenly from every input and pushes evenly to every output, then you need something without that sites stated "design with smallest footprint is shown".
In my experience, if you add lane (as opposed to belt) balancers to all the inputs before the main bus then these are good enough.
They also work well enough for evenly loading / unloading trains and storage facilities. A balancer V would never achieve this.
I agree. I too use the big book of balancers for most cases. I just figured since I went through the trouble to make one that was perfect ratios, I wouldl post it. It's larger than the stock 8 to 8, but uses fewer resources. The footprint isnt that much larger though, mostly its just longer.
