Any assembly machine can do that as long as you feed it the materials.
Don't forget you can put items on both sides of the belt.
It's just like telling the machine to craft any item but with extra inputs.
Part of the challenge of Factorio is figuring out problems like feeding 4 items to assemblers.
EDIT: Also, if it's not already been done be sure to limit that chest's slots or it will fill the chest with tier 2 assembling machines, which is more assembling machines than most people need.
