how to make curve rail?

No longer an item (since 0.13). What you need to do is hold a piece of rail, then mouse over an existing rail and you will see a green arrow. Left-click and drag to lay rail where you want it from there.

Or shift-click the green arrow to make a ghost version that will allow you to plan much bigger sections.

Once you see the green arrow by hovering your rail over existing track, click once to start the build and you can run ahead of the track, and move your mouse where you want the next section to go. You'll see track drawn on the screen that will bend or curve where your mouse is. You also don't have to drag the mouse, but you can just click for each section.
