Stuck bots

I think I laid a blueprint over an area that was marked for deconstruction. These bots will go back and recharge when they need power. If I right click I get the bot and everything underneath but they are quickly replaced by other bots trying to place belts. Help!

if I remember correctly (might be wrong) this has happened to me before, and I believe it was because there were no storage chests. I THINK that's why- if not, try to deconstruct the area they're trying to place belts on.

put a storage chest down.

I put one right next to the port in the picture. They are still there

looks like they are trying to build on top of what is already built. Remove what you have there first and then put down the blueprint. seems like they are waiting for bots to come remove the old belts but those bots might be stuck someplace else.

So I tried several things.

  • Deconstructing the bot and belt
Another bot picks up the slack
  • Replacing belt with with blueprint
Another bot will finish the blueprint while the original is still floating there
  • Deconstruction plan
Other bots come to take the belts and item but no other change

I really think I glitched the matrix this time

Pull up the robo ports so that there is no longer an orange mask covering this area, then pick up the bots.

I took down ports until they were only under green mask coverage with no change. Then I removed that coverage too. The left right away. When I put the ports back the robots returned!

Yeah, I meant green coverage, sorry. Orange was logistics not construction. My bad.

Since they returned when green coverage was again available that tells me there is an outstanding build order there. Take down the green coverage again, and then delete everything that is hanging up the bots manually. Then plop down green coverage again.
