How do you fill barrels?

I want to make accumulators so I need batteries. I'm putting the sulphuric acid I'm making into storage tanks how do I get it into barrels so I can put the barrels into the factory that I'm going to use to make the batteries?

You don't need barrels. You can pipe the sufuric acid directly to the chem plant that makes batteries. (And when you need to make an item in an assembler, choose the recipe, and a pipe will appear on the side).

You need the blue factory and an empty barrel or steel. The result will be an filled barrel of the liquid connected to the factory with a pipe.

That happens in an assembler/factory as well. Just pick the "Fill barrel" recipe and a pipe -connection will apear on the assembler.

But you have to empty them as well and bring the acid in through a pipe.

If there isn't too far I'd just use pipe only instead of barrels.
