However, it's a "/c" command, which means you'll have to reload after using it if you want to be able to get achievements in that game.
Not sure if it's an update since then, but for the record you can use this:
/screenshot [x resolution] [y resolution] [zoom]
It WILL NOT disable achievements.

According to the changelog ( https://wiki.factorio.com/index.php?title=Console&offset=&limit=250&action=history ), the "Large Screenshots" section was deleted when the /screenshot command gained the "x", "y", and "zoom" options, in April 2008 (it didn't have them before).
