Oh man that would be sweet! And a mechanic change like that would lay the foundation for Boats/Ships thus making "Water Worlds" a neat frontier to play on.
Though, being the pessimist I am, I'd imagine the Artillery Train would effectively be a Turret "wagon" that shoots Tank Shells, thus auto-shooting any nearby enemies like a Tank.
I think by artylery train they more meant railway gun

fluid wagons can carry the flamer fual for the turrents then, or use barrels like ammo mags.
these are all great ideas, even if they dont add these specific designs to the game theres alot of good mod ideas in here
