Yes, that's right, I'm telling you to get a full-blown textbook to learn how to do this, because it is just that hard of a thing to do. Granted, it'll be slightly easier than in minecraft, or dwarf fortress ( http://boingboing.net/2010/04/15/colossal-turing-mach.html ) because you'll have multiplication, addition, and fairly easy boolean operators right from the get-go, but it's NOT an easy task.
