overwrite old items with blueprint?
Is there a way, to use blueprints on the same objective, just with better items from the same type?

example: a straight with yellow belt
blueprint: straight with blue belt

i cant set it on the yellow, but manually i can just overwrite the yellow belts :/
must i press a key?

Is there a mod which automatically selects the higher tier of belts available in my inventory/logistic network for blue prints?

Kinda annoying having to rebuild my entire blueprint book 1 or 2 times every game.

It depends on how many belts you need to replace, as well as the size of the blue print.

However, what I've typically done is to put down the blue print, and then replace the belts manually. If I think I'll use that blue print again, then I just make a new one with the new belts.

If you use the Foreman mod, it has a batch replace option for blueprints. Makes updating a blueprint super quick.

Basically, anything you're trying to do with blueprints, Foreman does it better.

Sound neat. I'll go check it out.
or you can just place blueprint(build it) replace some parts , make "new old blueprint" from it

I do it quite a lot , i create prefabs for factory and it can be used for manufacturing usualy anything with few tweaks and new saving
but you can't use it, to replace older belts etc.
