Once nuclear is up and running, a centrifuge producing 1x 235 every 50 seconds (no modules) will supply more power than most people could figure out how to consume. Add another 10 seconds for the 40+1 separation for a nice round 240GJ/min = 4GW. Add speed modules if that isn't enough (although I have no idea how you could use that much power unless they've added meth labs to the game).
Maybe once you get into TW of nuclear power. Until then, yes, you can.
How many centrifuges do you run?
Around 20. Half and half on ore and reprocessing. Might have put too many down...
