Personnal roboports and portable solar panels

Isn't it wierd that I carry 25 personnal solar panels, and can't feed 2 personnal roboports level 1 ?
I know I should get to the portable fusion reactor but jeez.

Solar panels generate very little energy. Fusion reactor is the way to go

I feel like there should be a mid level power source or better portable solar panels. Solar panels provide very little energy and do not work on night. Makes the stretch to yellow science somewhat annoying.

Solar panels as far as I see them are only really meant to get you started. You either have to work with the amount of power you can get from them, or hurry your butt on that Fusion Reactor.

Solar pannels as equipments date from when there was barely anything in the "cheap" early-ish equipments for the power armour, so you basically stuck solar, batteries and a shield, and it was decent for absorbing a few hits once in a while.
