how to make an if - else if - else condition? ideas?
if Accumulator < 65 ( deactivate power)
else if Accummulator > 80(activate)
else deactivate;

Sounds like you need a fancy sr latch.
Factorio uses more digital electronics, if you can call it that, than computer programming.
There's a guide on how to do it somewhere or youtube videos about how to do it in factorio.
i have that feeling that my problem is ez to solve^^ but i am a bit tired

1 one: A < 66 B out (inoutcount )
second one: A > 80 C out (1)
3one : anything = 1 out D (1)
switch : D=1 (tunr on)

Yeah I just reviewed my own killed comment and I saw it could work.....I don't do it too often because I only use If>Else switches before (when it used to be just Steam and/or Solar) but I guess I'll have to come up with more of THOSE switches to flip Nuclear and/or Coal in favor of Solar....or some other combination
yes bur i already had 780MW solar^^ and i love to play with the combinators^^:D

I useed to make switches like that to incrementally switch on Steam during the day to get my accmulators charged faster shortly after a nightcycle or for usage in my Ore-refinery. I wish they would add some more stuff like that so you can make dynamic switches (like a single assembler that can make multiple products based on what it gets supplied to the "input" chests.)

simple math :D
i want that it stops constantly flipping on and of.... it it comes under 65%
it would be cool that its lows down to 65% then turn off.
then wait until its at 80
and than turn on again

but i can only tell him go off under 65%

this is ultra ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥:D it also turn off under 80^^
and the ending is, that it is flipping around 80%:D

i saw a youtube video with exact that:D
but really hard to realize:D
i turn on my arms at my nuclear plant
accumulator 99 = 1 reactor
90 =2
75 = 3
65 =4 and turn off my main beacons
.... and so on
coal comes at 10%^^
i coud add an clock to that combinator.... who wait 20 sec after turn on again
