Compact Kovarex uranium enrichment setup

Hey!

I want to share this compact setup I made. I don´t think a more dense setup is possible.It is tileable and uses robots.

How does it work?

-Start the setup with 40 uranium 235.
-The long inserter adds uranium 238.
-After one process turn the top inserter puts everything into the top chest.
-The filter inserter puts 40 uranium 235 into the bottom chest but there is always 1 unit left in the top chest
-When the bottum chest got 40 uranium 235, the top chest is emptied into the right chest.

There we get 1 uranium 235 every round + uranium 238.

-When the top chest is empty the bottom inserter returns 40 uranium 235 for the next round.

How long is the downtime? Since you wait for the 40 uranium to move twice, it might take a while.

Acutally i dont see the need for more than one enrichtment plant.

shame there's no tutorial in game for uranium/reactors. I'm just winging it without knowing anything. I need more research though apparently.

The downtime is around 5 seconds.

without moduels one centrifuge with a 40 count 235U loop is powering my 4 reactors (463MW) @ 100% load with uranium to spare. i wouldn't worry about a few seconds of down time.

1 Centrifuge ( Kovarex uranium enrichment ) with 4 speed beacons is enough for ~30GW.

spock, i'm saying a single centrifuge which has a loop for the 235U (40) supplies enough for 4 reactors generating 463MW.

I just put one chest with inserter putting away everything over 40xU235 :D
It took some time to fill chest to 40, 3 in belt and 86 in centrifuge.
Yeah, I am lazy :D

hihi already watched this. But you have a little problem. Your U235 will only overflow after the machine sucked all up. And this is 2x times the recipies value. But i think i have a minimal solution for this.

That's fine: it doesn't take long to build up a surplus. Also, my intention is to for a VERY simple circuit solution since many people are not advanced users in that arena :-)
